Let Spirit come to you! Stunts, skills, material... design your own camp!
Spirit will send an experienced instructor, two bases, a flyer and a backspot. Get personalized, hands-on training with the latest in stunt techniques from around the country.

Private coaching and private lessons are also available!
Our award-winning owner, Mary Frances Milke, will come to your school to work one-on-one with your team! Have a favorite Spirit Staffer? Private Coaching with their "fave" is sure to be a hit with your athletes!

SUMMER ONE-DAY CAMPS

Join us at one of our one-day camps and learn the newest stunts and latest techniques. Spirit breaks down each stunt and works through the progressions with your team. It's not just about hitting the stunts, but learning how to execute them flawlessly. Incorporate your skills into a Game-Ready cheer or dance to perform at half-time or assemblies! Let us help you take your team to the next level!

PRO STUNT CAMP

August 13, 2025 | Wyandotte High School

Join us at our "Pro" Stunt Camp-take your team to new heights at this one-day elite level stunt camp for advanced VARSITY teams only! Includes stunts/transitions/sequences EXCLUSIVE to this camp! This fast-paced stunt camp will give your team the edge you need as you head in to sideline season!

Required skills: OLE (one leg extension) from waist/sponge level or above, "traditional grip" 360
to sponge or above and twist cradle from extended level.

9:30 am - 3:30 pm
Registration begins at 9:00 am

Start your winter season with the competitive edge you need to stand out and succeed!  Choose from multiple stunt sessions all day or attend our specialty sessions focusing on jump drills and perfecting, cleaning round two skills, motion precision & execution, fierce floor presence and more! Your team can also receive private choreography consultation sessions with championship coaches!
